HEALTH CLINICS – OFA APPLICATIONS
OFA is now requiring all submissions to be electronic in order to receive the OFA clinic discount.
OFA Online is now available for electronic CAER applications with participating ophthalmologists as well as electronic submission of completed soft-tissue applications.
Go to https://online.ofa.org/login/. This will allow you to create an account.
Enter the registration number of each dog to see if they are in the system. If not enter the information for each dog. You can then print out the Patella and Basic Cardiac forms that will be automatically filled in with your dog’s information, and bring them with you to the clinic.
At the health clinic we will photograph each form and submit it to OFA.
The 2025 BTCA Health Clinics are offering the following health clinic services for Border Terriers:
Cardiology Exams: ACA Echocardiogram and Basic Auscultation
Eye Exams
OFA Patellar Exams, Microchips, SLEM testing, AKC DNA, and CHIC Blood Draws.
