A Message from Tim Carey, RV Parking Committee Chair
The main RV Parking area at the Specialty is FULLY RESERVED at this time!
If spots open up, Tim Carey will offer them to people in the overflow area in order of date of received parking reservation.
The overflow area has occupants already but has plenty of room and is on grass. We are trying to arrange a dedicated golf cart to ferry people, dogs and crates back and forth to that area from show building.
We are trying to arrange porta potties at both parking areas to lighten the waste pump out load. Waste pump out is being negotiated and hopefully will be finalized when we have final numbers of campers next year.
If possible the committee will try to “double use” parking spots where one person occupies early in the week and the spot opens up later in the week for someone else. That may entail a parking move for some.
When you submit your reservation request, you will shortly receive a confirmation email from me. Once entries close, etc, you will receive an email with your parking spot number, en route waste dump stations, directions to parking areas, and other info.
